- In India people with good health and no disease can be a donor but mostly the poor people are the ones who donate because they need to pay family needs or debts .
- Someone with good health can be a donor. However people with active cancer, active HIV, active infection, or use drug can't be a donor. For the own safety of the people.
- In India the doctors don't pick who get the organs they mostly sale it to different people from different countries because they can find the organ in their own country.
- In India, you can't buy organs legally because the government banned this, Now in India Buy or selling organs is a crime. For the own safely of the people.
- In India there is a thing called "Black Market" is the place where lots of vistiors from other country come looking for organs because they can't find it in other places. The black market Offer people money for their organs.
Additional information:
- Many of the people claim that when they donate their organs, after the surgery they could never recover as well as they should. And they have pains and can work as much as they use to.
- Other people say that when a doctor tell them that they need a small surgery, they wake up from it and only have one kidney
- When the India government made this law, it went underground and the it was crime gang, job to figure out were to find the organs
